Jets Make “Trade” with Bears

This just in: according to ESPN’s Michael Smith, the Jets have obtained running back Thomas Jones from the Chicago Bears (along with a late 2nd round pick) in exchange for an early 2nd round pick.

Jones, 28, has rushed for more than 1,200 yards in each of the past two seasons, becoming the first Bear to do so since Walter Payton in 1985-86.
